Prices, Shipping Charges, Duties, and Taxes
Product prices are displayed on the relevant product page.
Shipping charges and, where applicable, import duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, and other local taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. The applicable charges are shown before the order is completed.
Applicable customs duties and import taxes are paid at checkout as part of the total amount payable. Customers do not need to pay customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
Payment Methods

Order Cancellation
Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within seven days of the order being placed.
Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 10 business days after payment has been confirmed, subject to product availability.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

For returns that are not required by applicable law, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at shop@veritecoeur.jp before returning an item.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, or where the item is defective or the return is caused by our error, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return. This includes return shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, other local taxes, customs clearance fees, and brokerage fees.
Where required by applicable law, any refund of the original shipping charges, duties, taxes, or other amounts already paid will be handled in accordance with the applicable law and the rules of the relevant customs or tax authority.
Nothing in this notice limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's country.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and transactions are generally governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country apply.
Any dispute will be handled by a court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable law.
